My research is exploratory and I hope to gain an understanding of what policies and procedures lead to better nonprofit governance.
The title of my dissertation is: "Understanding How Governance Improves the Effectiveness and Competency of Nonprofit Boards." The University of South Florida Institutional Review Board has approved this study.
